If you’ve not visited Sugar Land Town Square lately, you’ll be surprised at its cosmopolitan feel, aided, in part, by this spacious do-over of Loggia headed by chef Junnajet “Jett” Hurapan. Jett’s global street food equals high-level snacking; our platter of edamame croquettes with chipotle aioli, lamb samosas, sweet potato samosas, and flaky vegetable egg rolls disappeared quickly. Picture-perfect crispy whole fish demonstrated the kitchen’s skill with entrées (though the pad thai was merely ordinary). (7/12)
