Although we’ve seen several restaurants come and go from this Briargrove site, we’re betting Syrian-born Mike Tibi’s casual Mediterranean-American cafe is here to stay. His “something for everyone” philosophy translates into appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and grilled items that are familiar, filling, and mostly healthful. We started (and could have ended) with the Pick 3 App, choosing muhammara (a slightly sweet red pepper and walnut dip), baba ganouj, and hummus. Generous entrées of braised lamb shanks and chicken roulade stuffed with mango, mozzarella, and bread crumbs were delicious. (9/12)
