Wafting out into the parking lot was the seductive aroma of a mesquite grill, which was transferred onto an Angus beef patty for our Bubba Burger, complete with cheddar cheese, tomato, chopped onions, and Prime Sauce (a rather sweet Thousand Island–ish dressing). Eschewing the tempting hand-cut fries, we ordered a side of mesquite-grilled vegetables, a generous assortment of in-season produce, which allowed us to justify a jamocha shake rich with whipped cream. There’s a nice variety of steaks, chicken, and seafood if you don’t have your mouth set for a hamburger. Comfortable patio area. Beer & wine.
