Drawn to the shacklike atmosphere of this Cajun joint, we were amused by the plywood walls, cement floor, and the sink plunked directly in the middle of the front dining room. Though miles away, we could almost smell the salty sea air as we delved into fried oyster nachos(we suggest requesting the too-generous topping of queso on the side). We followed up with a spicy bowl of gumbo and fried crawfish tails on a bed of dirty rice. Rumor has it Crawdaddy’s hosts some rocking bands on the weekends. (11/12)
