This stylish setting—glass walls over the river, filmy curtains, and flickering candles—deserves a menu that matches, and the “early bird” prix fixe is surely up to it. Tart-sweet tomatillo soup started our three courses; next was a delicious rendition of beef tips on polenta with a surprising garnish of fried plantain (one could also choose mahi mahi) and, for dessert, Auden’s signature sticky toffee pudding.
