If there are better chips in this town, we want to know where. And the balance of flavors in the red salsa is just right. Cotija cheese polenta fries, with red and cilantro sauces for dipping, were a generous appetizer; we also gobbled down the Coyote Cafe–influenced chicken fajitas with corn tortillas and guacamole. The adults-only upstairs lounge, with the same red, gray, and black color palette, serves cocktails and appetizers.
