After a long hiatus the team that once operated under the same name downtown has opened an ambitious new spot on the Southside. We bypassed the impressive red-meat list to enjoy a banquet of outstanding seafood: a platter of shrimp, scallops, lump crab, and calamari in a rich buttery cream sauce set a high bar but was trumped by a whole flounder stuffed with crab. A delicately flavored tiramisu was superfluous but excellent. (2/13)
