Of the many dishes we tried for Sunday’s new dim sum, two favorites were the Shanghai noodles tossed with braised oxtail and a splash of zesty chile and the mango custard iced with candied ginger and coconut and a passion fruit–caramel sauce. The skyhigh views are spectacular.(12/12)
