Dudley’s has long been a local favorite in this East Texas town. We devised our own sampler of favorites, starting with oysters on the half shell (which transported us straight to the coast), moving on to spicy gumbo, and finishing up with our favorite, crispy fresh crawfish (we thought the season would never arrive). Despite our gluttony, we managed dessert, a split portion of scrumptious whiskey bread pudding. (7/13)
