Manna has long been our go-to restaurant for a luxurious dinner only a genuine chef could serve up. And now it’s hosting Sunday brunch. We arrived at ten on the dot and had the cozy bistro to ourselves for a half-hour before the place started hopping. We savored the upscale, Wild West venison and green chile frittata and the Cinnamon Roll French Toast, with its crumbles of orange-pecan goat cheese and spill of maple syrup. There are seven other choices just as inventive. And don’t snack before you go, because every table gets a fresh fruit plate as well as a basket of pastries—berry muffins, vanilla scones, and English muffins with creamy smoked-salmon mousse and strawberry cream cheese.
