Bright and contemporary, Le Lai is the Valley’s first stop for authentic Asian cuisine. A good place to start would be an order of pork-filled spring rolls, delicately crisp and served with lettuce leaves, shredded carrots, and a spicy vinegar-based dipping sauce. Our favorite main course is the shrimp and coconut milk, a piquant dish with generous amounts of seafood, bell pepper, onion, and lemongrass. Another good choice is the incredibly flavorful chicken pad Thai, fragrant with chiles, garlic, and cilantro. The staff is friendly and courteous.
