Don Giovanni’s
Authentic Italian food is rare in these parts, but Giovanni’s does a close approximation. On a recent lunch dash, we found the Don Platter (veal Parmesan, eggplant Parmesan, a garlicky shrimp fettuccine) fed two carnivores and quite satisfied a vegetarian eater. A fourth diner found her pepperoni and spinach pizza a bit on the oily side but after a persuasive conversation with the waiter managed to exchange it for a most acceptable plate of lasagne. The renovations to the building are impressive.
