A Longview staple for over 30 years, Pietro’s is a welcome alternative to the ubiquitous pizza chains that dot the East Texas landscape. The Filippazzo family takes no shortcuts, making their pizza dough from scratch and using unprocessed ingredients. We threw caution to the wind and indulged in the Philly Connection pizza, replete with grilled steak, caramelized onions, cherry peppers, and mozzarella.
