It may still be chilly, but Bermuda shorts abound, green plants sway, and golf carts roll to and from the Rio Grande–side links. Creamy corn soup with puréed green chiles was good (though a tad underseasoned); a loaded pulled-pork sandwich suffered from tough meat, but the smoky barbecue sauce almost made up for it. Kudos to the side of coleslaw, though. The staff is admirably responsive.  (2/13)
