A welcome change of pace for Town Center, Aura’s new location looks every bit French with bistro chairs, red leather banquettes, and marble tabletops (a spectacular wall of glass art by Dale Chihuly lends a modern touch). From the blackboard we eagerly selected carrot-ginger soup, which proved to be a sumptuous sweet carrot purée (though the ginger was sadly underplayed). From the menu, three generous lamb chops, perfectly crusted and medium-rare, were plated over a garlicky stew of white beans and sun-dried tomatoes.
