Every time we visit we vow to return more often to this airy venue in Cinnamon Shores. We raved over every dish, starting with the Mermaid Soup: lobster broth, coconut milk, and curry with bites of lobster claw meat. The special of fresh snapper sautéed with white wine sauce and forest mushrooms could not have been improved upon, and the Jewel of the Isle platter—a mixed grill of oysters, shrimp, and catch of the day—was very good, especially the cornmeal-crusted shrimp.
