Pictures of Farrah and Ronald Reagan on the walls. Prince on the sound track. Ten stools at a narrow counter. This is a funky place but what good food! A hunk of ground Angus chuck and shoulder, grilled to perfection, on a plain-Jane bun with the usual extras and American cheese made up our burger choice, the Stock Cheese; we salivate remembering it. And because our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, we also ordered a brisket taco with yummy ranch dressing. Add in a gigantic iced tea and a slice of lattice-topped cherry-cola pie and you’ve had a real feast. (6/13)
