While economic necessity and the nearby UTSA student pool has made the social focus here one of fútbol, late-night disco, and backroom pool, the draw for the out-of-college crowd is certainly the authentic tapas menu, the pitchers of sangria, and the Saturday night flamenco shows. Our favorite bites include the albóndigas (meatballs with beautifully roasted potatoes), the gambas al ajillo (shrimp in garlic), and a little bocadillo of Manchego cheese and jamón serrano.
