This brand-new offshoot of the infamous Butcher Boys Smokehouse seems to have In-N-Out aspirations, and while it fills the bill in terms of menu offerings and simplicity, it falls a bit short otherwise. The burgers are a passable “home-style” variety, but the service could use improvement in both attention and in attitude. Nonetheless, the reasonable prices, free Wi-Fi, and close proximity to the university have won over the college crowd. (6/13)
