Growing his mini-empire beyond Fort Worth, Tim Love has opened a deluxe steak joint, named for his mom, just off the courthouse square in the town where he grew up. Contemporary, with flower-and-candle touches, it’s got a menu that hits many Southwestern notes, like his signature wagyu tomahawk steak and satisfying gnocchi with rattlesnake-rabbit-fennel sausage. Refreshing new efforts include an energizing spicy lobster salad and a lush vegetarian chile relleno, the roasted poblano stuffed with sweet potato and caramelized onion. (6/13)
