Texas Monthly , in partnership with Tiffany & Co., hosted the ladies of Texas Women for the Arts at the BioScience Research Collaborative Center at Rice University recently. In honor of her achievements in implementing funding initiatives to support arts education and the arts in Texas, Debbie Montford was presented with the third annual Champion of the Arts Award along with a Tiffany & Co. cocktail watch. Tango Malbec, Pernod Ricard, and Macaron’s by Patisse provided libations and bites for guests to enjoy.
