Spiffy bamboo gives the vast interior a tropical touch, as do beachy cocktails and Caribbean dishes such as jerk pork. The emphasis, though, is on seafood and meat, the heartier cuts taking a turn on the wood-fired grill (the prime rib, a rare treat on the Island, made us smile broadly) and the more-delicate catches getting a quick flip in the sauté pan. Exceptionally cordial servers have helped make this place a new favorite with locals. (7/13)
