A phyllo pastry tart of shredded chicken spiced with cinnamon, ginger, a bit of powdered sugar, almonds, and even rosewater, the dish is a culinary triumph whose flavor will haunt you for days. Other items, even if not quite so memorable, are also fine. Maybe a marinated lamb kebab sandwich at lunch, hearty but not heavy, or the lamb shank with lightly spicy gravy at dinner.
