Marfa is under a shark attack—first the Food Shark truck, now an indoor cafeteria, plus a late-night grilled-cheese-sandwich mecca. Panini are also available, as are desserts and fresh-baked cookies. At the cafeteria we chose piquant corn chowder and some novel beef enchiladas: chunky strands of pot roast baked between layers of corn tortillas with red sauce. (7/13)
