It’s a rare treat to leave an Italian restaurant without the overwhelming urge to take a nap. But Bryan–College Station’s newest spot offers light dishes and reasonable portions, eschewing heavy sauces. Bucatini bolognese features a subtle tomato cream sauce boosted with high-quality braised sirloin, while the Seafood Antonio boasts generous bits of shrimp, crab, and calamari among the angel hair pasta. We could have made a meal on the Parmesan-laced cottage rolls alone, and the tiramisu was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. (8/13)
