Now in a completely different location in the hotel complex, renamed and rebranded, the Limpia’s restaurant is much more inviting. You enter through a tree-shaded patio and make your way to either the cozy dining room or the sunlit bar. We were there at lunch and quickly  scarfed down a BLT full of dark, chewy bacon and a quiche packed with sausage and roasted vegetables. The dinner menu, which includes appetizers like tenderloin carpaccio and gambas al ajillo and entrées like grilled salmon and beef bourguignonne, looked mighty attractive. (8/13)
