Serving up “a true taste of Europe” out in West Texas, this quaint family affair introduced us to banichki, a flaky cheese-stuffed pastry served with plain yogurt dipping sauce. Then we moved on to Ogi’s Special Chicken, a tender breast smothered with a creamy white wine–mushroom gravy. (5/12)
