This Thursday, September 12, I'll be interviewing one of the Food Channel’s biggest stars, New York Times–bestselling cookbook author Ina Garten, a.k.a. the Barefoot Contessa. This will mark the opening performance of the 2013–2014 season of the Texas Performing Arts Center at the University of Texas at Austin.
