When Koppe Bridge opened its doors on the edge of town, it was little more than a rustic shack with squeaky floors, dartboards, and tables ripe for name-carving. Some two decades later city growth has encroached on its territory, but little else has changed at this beloved joint. That’s particularly true in terms of the burger: thick, juicy, and flavorful—easily one of the best you’ll ever eat. (10/13)
