Sponsored by the Austin Food & Wine Alliance, Live Fire is a beef-oriented event at the Saltlick in Austin. Many different local chefs will compete in an American-Idol style to win the fan favorite dish. The evening of supreme food and drink will raise funds for the Austin Food & Wine Alliance culinary grants.
