LIVE IT UP

TEXAS MONTHLY was proud to partner with the Austonian to help celebrate the topping off and completion of the exterior of Texas's tallest luxury living residence. Guests were invited to a private celebration 600 feet above Austin to come on up, kick off the New Year, and kick up their heels. Upon entry, guests received the red carpet treatment as they posed for photos and sipped on WAKE IT UP martinis, courtesy of Co-op Coffee, as they made their way to the top. The top three floors of the Austonian were transformed to provide guests with a unique Austin experience to be remembered. While meandering through the floors, guests took in breathtaking views of the city and enjoyed live music, delicious bites by Sullivan's Steakhouse, and fabulous libations.

Guests were able to CRANK IT UP on the 54th floor where they enjoyed music by Seth Walker, and an exclusive Patrón Martini bar, (click here to see the featured recipes), serving up the hottest drinks of the evening such as the SPICE IT UP. Meanwhile on the 55th floor guests JAZZED IT UP listening to music by Kevin Ahart and Silvie Rider, savored on Ultimat Vodka Martinis, (click here to see the featured recipes), and captured all the fun with a photo strip courtesy of boothBOOTH. The 56th floor allowed guests to get the complete Austonian experience by viewing the floor plans and all the amenities the Austonian will have to offer when they open in June. As guests departed, they made their way to the swag bar to fill their goody bag with issues of TEXAS MONTHLY, mini Patrón bottles, fortune cookies, CDs from the night's music, and doggy and kitty bags courtesy of Lofty Dog. It was the perfect way to top things off at the Austonian.
