Hill Country DC BBQ Reception

Absence of Texas BBQ makes the heart grow fonder. And it was never more evident when more than 50 transplanted Texans turned out at the newly-opened Hill Country DC in Washington, DC to help Texas Monthly celebrate the success of the recently released Texas Monthly BBQ Finder App. Guests sipped on cold Shiners, sampled some great 'cue and swapped fond stories about the Lone Star State.
