WAKE IT UP
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Patrón Silver
1/2 oz Patrón XO
1/2 oz 1883 Chocolate syrup
1 oz Half & Half
1 oz Cold-brewed Co-Op Coffee concentrate

Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

SPICE IT UP - ROASTED CHILE PINEAPPLE MARGARITA

Ingredients:
1.75 oz 100% Patrón Anejo
0.75oz Lucky 13 Margarita Mix
0.5oz Lucky 13 Fresh roasted chile juice
0.5oz Patrón Citronge
0.5oz Fresh-pressed pineapple juice
Rim: Chile Salt
Garnish: 1 fresh grilled pineapple wedge

Directions:
Using a lime or pineapple wedge, moisten ½ edge of a rocks glass or martini glass.
Dip into chile salt.
In a shaker tin with ice, mix the first 5 ingredients.
Shake well and pour into a rocks glass or strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a speared grilled pineapple wedge.

DIRTY TEXAS 'RITA
Ingredients:
1.75 oz 100% Patrón Reposado
1.25 oz Lucky 13 Margarita Mix
0.5oz Patrón Citronge
0.25 oz Fresh-pressed orange juice
Barspoon Olive juice
Rim: Kosher Salt
Garnish: Lime wedge

Directions:
Using a lime wedge, moisten ½ edge of rocks glass or martini glass. Dip into salt.
In a shaker tin with ice, mix the first 5 ingredients. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass or strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a speared lime wedge.
