Further evidence that Austin is becoming a bona-fide foodie town, this funky noodle shop in a north-side strip center doesn’t even have a real sign yet, and already the masses have converged on the wee spot for a chance to slurp up soul-warming tonkotsu ramen, the creamy pork-based broth brimming with perfectly textured noodles and such delicacies as soy-braised pork belly and aji tamago (marinated soft-boiled egg).
