A fond memory took us back to a night when this neighborhood bistro was full but the owners found us a teeny table next to the kitchen. From its depths emerged dishes like goat-cheese-stuffed squash blossoms and a sautéed filet of black drum. With simple curtains and rotating original art, the well-worn dining room is cavernous but welcoming.
