Worthy of any special event, this multilevel spot’s myriad seating options present a quandary: Which view? Look north for the refinery row lights, the Lex, and the Harbor Bridge; east over the bay for (at the right phase) a spectacular moonrise; south for the marina and the sweeping curve of the bayfront; or head for the bar, with its piano and sports TV. As for food, you’ll want to steer clear of the too thick, salty, bacony New England clam chowder (Boston would be amused). But a catch of the day—lightly seared flounder with tomato-butter sauce and a garnish of julienned carrots and red onion—was outstanding, as was the peppery strip steak, seared exactly to order. A side of tender asparagus spears with hollandaise was, typical of the à la carte sides, large enough to share. Bar.
