Time seems to have stopped in this oasis of haute cuisine. Stellar indeed was a crab cake with tomato jam, quenelles of mango and curry purées, and lemongrass lobster sauce. Colorado rack of lamb plated with sweet-garlic potato gnocchi elicited sighs of pleasure. (4/13)
