Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, this venerable restaurant has reassumed its Lower Greenville stature. The trademark Italchos are fun, crispy pizza “chips” that need nothing more than cheese and red sauce but to which you can add everything from jalapeños to crabmeat. Try the lightly sautéed chicken picatta with zucchini, Provolone, and lemon-caper butter and, for dessert, the Frangelico flan.
