Alberto Lombardi’s restaurant performance is as well rehearsed as any in town. His latest is this handsome French bistro with a street-side patio that looks straight from the set of April in Paris. Mussels are offered six ways; we chose provençal, with tomatoes, onion, and kalamata olives. Unfortunately, our $17 lunch seemed expensive, given the portion size and the limp, greasy frites. A poached pear with port ice cream and Gorgonzola crumbles turned out to be our most rewarding selection. Bar.
