With its California-sleek interior (clean lines, a wine wall, a stylish bar), SuZu is setting the standard for El Paso restaurant design. The menu is just as interesting, offering such delights as ginger-and-cumin-laced lamb dumplings and pork belly mole, a rich concoction of roasted meat topped with a traditional mole and served with a fried egg.
