Most visitors figure out that the OJ refers more to Ojinaga, the closest border crossing, than to a former NFL player (or juice). Things still look shiny and new, though the proprietors have been in this location since last winter. Our taco plate did a fine job of filling us right up, with beef, onions, fresh tomatoes, and terrific rice and beans. Our famished group inhaled the first basket of chips and snappy house-made salsa—and then we had to get to-go boxes. (9/12)
