The elaborate crystal chandelier, left over from the days when this was the Galveston outpost of Houston’s posh antiques dealer Simpson’s, lends a whimsical touch to what would otherwise be a straight-ahead, dimly lit bar, and hours that extend till 4 a.m. Thursday through Saturday make this a top spot for a late bite.
