Though the farm-to-table concept was late in coming to this town (we were short on farms), places like this airy spot are leading the charge in offering foods that are locally grown and creatively prepared. The evening menu is more interesting, but we couldn’t fault our lunch of chorizo hash with a fried egg, poblanos, and kale.
