We were long overdue to stop by Sadler’s and check out their new location in the old (reportedly haunted) post office. Happily ensconced on the patio on a warm(ish) day,
we found that this awesome spot has only improved with the new digs. We began with the asparagus, tomato, and goat cheese tart and an amazing crabstuffed avocado. Despite this gluttonous start, we also managed to sample the cheesy chicken lasagne with a side of rosemary new potatoes. The strawberry pie (rumored to have been concocted in the kitchen of the chef’s mother) defined celestial. (12/12)
