Tucked inside a hotel south of town, Midland’s only Indian restaurant is worth seeking out. The chicken tikka masala is an ideal blend of sweet and savory, while the baingan bharta is a smooth blend of eggplant and tomatoes with a balanced melding of spices. Both are served with basmati rice and naan. We finished with rich doughnut-like gulab jamun for dessert. (12/12)
