San Antonio’s favorite place for pancakes and all things egg has cloned itself in the Medical Center area, complete with its signature green-and-white cottage-on-steroids dining rooms. But this time it’s even better, with an oak-shaded beer garden (open for German fare at night) and a wide veranda for the inevitable weekend wait. We tried one of the seasonal specials—tender cheese-topped crepes filled with eggs, chicken, and potatoes, with a tomatillo salsa—and found it reminiscent of mild green enchiladas. (7/13)
