This downtown location seems to be broadening its appeal. We found chicken, veal, seafood, and portobellos all vying with steaks for menu space. But beef still rules, including a robust fork-tender filet and a less tender but equally flavorful ribeye. The dimly lit, rather dignified dining room sets a posh tone, while the hefty wine list includes a goodly number of bottles under $30. (12/12)
