Artz Rib House
2008: They did not offer pork ribs à la carte, so I ordered a sliced brisket sandwich and a couple of beef ribs. The beef ribs had a nice salty rub and a good flavor, but the meat could have been more tender. The brisket looked like a winner with a nice black crust and a good smoke line, but the flavor was surprisingly lacking. It was merely passable roast beef.
