Not to worry about the Highland Park Village closing. The appeal of that location has been duplicated in Plano, and the space is even bigger. You’ll need two appetizers: the crispy fried calamari with basil aioli and marinara sauce and the iron-skillet mussels served piping hot with clarified butter. As for entrées, we like the classic spaghetti and meatballs, the baked ziti with three cheeses, and the fork-tender chicken parmigiana. The patio (weather permitting) is glorious.
