This small chain can be found in several cities, bringing a sleek setting with a lovely outdoor patio and credible food and service. Who knew how nicely burrata goes with honey, za’atar, and butternut, kabocha, and delicata squashes? Lovely. No surprise, though, that a pile of greens propped up with wedges of manchego and scattered chunks of Gorgonzola, walnuts, tomatoes, and fresh figs could be anything but good. We also savored our salad with spicy shrimp and seared salmon, tossed with avocado, fennel, arugula, heirloom tomato, and a citrus dressing, as well as a paella noir with squid ink rice, a load of seafood, and a side of saffron aioli.
